In today's Real Estate sector of supply and demand, the green building concepts play a vital role. The emerging needs of the client's expectation make the construction to be self-sustainable. The green building construction paves a greater benefit in terms of cost and environment for a commercial building, rather than a residential building because of the utility and functionality. India's Real Estate sector is moving towards sustainability with new government regulations and policies. A huge amount of upfront cost is saved in the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of a commercial building, which consumes 47.7% of India's Energy.
