This book is a journay of production organizations. The transformation of how people produce, had dramatical consequences on both psychological and pyhsical wellbeing of the blue color workers. In the middle of 20th Century,a new form of production has started to be used at the factories in order to overcome the Crises of Fordism. A new paradigm was born which abolished the solidarity among blue colors, took away the occupational identities and which created a new form of hegemony on labors.
