O knihe
Stephanie Ellis is the eldest of five siblings and was born in the small town of Jhansi in India. She spent her entire schooling life in Jhansi and went on to train to be a teacher from Pune, India. A teacher for the past thirty-six years, Stephanie has worked in top schools of India like, St. Joseph's, Panchgani, St. Thomas' New Delhi, La Martiniere Girls College, Lucknow, and Mt. St. Mary's Delhi Cantt, and she is currently working at The Pinnacle School, New Delhi. Having married her childhood sweetheart Carlton and settled in Delhi since 1984, she has been associated with the performing arts and even taught 'Ballroom Dancing' for many years. A voracious reader from childhood, she harbored a dream to one day become a published writer. To that end, she wrote short stories for dailies like the Daily Post and for the school magazines and lately, on FB. Her writings of short stories on FB got her FB friends and a very special man in her life, saying that she should take up writing full time. Besides writing, she is passionate about music and enjoys all genres of music. Music, books, food, children, family, and love have been an integral part of her life. With the passing of her late husband, Carlton Jude Ellis, and her mother, Hazel Cecilia Dick, she was bereft and grief stricken. She found writing poems and songs therapeutic. Wanting nothing better than to dedicate her first book "A Posy of Love" to the memory of her loved ones gone ahead and to her very special friend who was always there for her, she decided to get herself published.
