O knihe

Over 1500 years ago, Antar bin Shaddad was born the son of an Arabian chief. His mother was an African slave and stayed a slave, so how did Antar bin Shaddad rise and achieve fame that would span centuries? He became a knight-a real hero and one of the greatest Arabian poets of all.

Antar bin Shaddad fell in love with his cousin, Abala, but her father refused their marriage because he was the son of an African slave.
