In modern time significant successes in diagnostics, preventive maintenance and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias are achieved. The choice of antiarrhythmic preparation is realized with consideration of pathogenesis of arrhythmia. In this book modern categorizations of antiarrhythmic preparations are shown. Beside of, pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of different preparations antiarrhythmic agents, as well as medicinal remedies from other pharmacological groups, which have antiarrhythmic action are described.
