Wound is a rupture in the epithelial integrity of the skin which consequenced from aggression or trauma and could be chased by disruption of the structure and role of underlying normal tissue. It has been stated that hyperglycaemia make a toxic effect on wound healing through the formation of advanced glycation end-products which persuade the creation of inflammatory molecules (TNF-, IL-1) and hindered with collagen synthesis.
