Utilization of trans-boundary waters to augment Zimbabwe's internal water needs requires cooperation and coordination with its neighbours through the "Revised Protocol on Shared Watercourses" that Zimbabwe is Party to the water situation in Zimbabwe and how it affects sustainable development.
