The Fourth International Congress on School Hygiene received four fifths of its entire financial support from the citizens of Buffalo.

The management of the Congress, aside from certain important local affairs, was very largely the work of the officers and members of the American School Hygiene Association.

Many other individuals, organizations and institutions in this country and abroad co -operated heartily, sympathetically, and effectively in the development and application of the many plans for this international enterprise, but these two bodies, the citizens of Buffalo and the mem bers of the American School Hygiene Association, supported successfully the most serious and the most important obligations and responsibilities in connection with this event from its start to its finish.
