The first season of the hit US television series starring Patrick Swayze as undercover FBI agent Charles Barker. Although he is an accomplished agent, it is clear not everyone agrees with Barker`s methods when he becomes the subject of an Internal Affairs investigation. He encourages his new partner, Ellis Dove (Travis Fimmel), to fully immerse himself in the characters of his undercover identities as the pair are assigned cases that see them encountering drug dealers, assasins, arms dealers and crooked cops. As well as dealing with his undercover work, Dove must also bear the burden of being an informer in the investigation into Barker. Meanwhile, Barker has his own suspicions about certain FBI agents and what they have been getting up to and getting away with.
