O knihe
For the developing countries it is really difficult to bear treatment cost of kidney failure as well as hemodialysis (HD) or peritoneal dialysis (PD), and for developed countries the present process of dialysis system is not comfortable for the patients as it is totally dependent on a manual system and out functioning administration of the body. In my present research, I introduced a system or artificial kidney which is named Human Compatible Bio-Artificial Kidney Implantation (HCBAKI). This HCBAKI will replace the failed kidney and perform like a stable kidney. The outside layer of HCBAKI is structured by hydroxyapatite (HAP) and inside layer is structured by combination of novel bio materials, such as silk nano-fibers (SN) and hydroxyapatite (HAP). This combination of bioactive layers will give more strength and smoothness to HCBAKI. The implantation system of HCBAKI is done with tissue engineering or cell culture inside the body and used a very little artificial nerve for increasing more connectivity through proper dialysis system. The cell culture through HCBAKI and human body adjustments will take 8 weeks and after the completing period of adjustments of cell culture.
