O knihe
The main objective of our work is to evaluate the in vitro and in vivo nematocidal efficacy of these two bioproducts against gastrointestinal nematodes. The chemical profile of the two bioproducts tested showed that camel milk was rich in protein. Camel milk tested in vitro on H. contortus eggs showed a very high nematocidal activity. In addition, camel milk was active against adult H. contortus worms at all concentrations tested. Indeed, at high concentration (100mg/mL) and after 8 hours of exposure, camel milk induced 100% inhibition of adult worm motility. The in vivo antiparasitic activity of camel milk against H. polygyrus worms revealed that at high doses camel milk caused a (76.75%) reduction in fecal excretion of parasite eggs and induced a (69.62%) reduction in the number of parasite worms. Camel milk kefir induced a total inhibition of egg hatching followed by goat milk kefir As for eggs, an activity appeared more intense for camel milk kefir even at low concentrations tested.
