Today, globalized trade is a reality with a tendency to articulate societies and economies; the flow of merchandise, capital, information and technology is greater and in our country there is a rapid evolution of the economy, technology, laws and culture. The processes of production, industrialization, commercialization and consumption have acquired new forms: in the agricultural sector, the current challenge is to be competitive in quantity and quality of products, including processing, promotion and distribution strategies.
