An event known as the Crash has struck the world, creating a place where widespread terror and death has run rampant. This has caused a few governments to turn to a world organization called the Phoenix Foundation, to exercise it's carriages of justice. The Phoenix Foundation employed many methods to bring the world back from the brink.
