Oral and oropharyngeal carcinomas are the sixth most common cancers in the world. Clear cell odontogenic carcinoma (CCOC) is an odontogenic tumor with aggressive nature. It is a rare entity with only few cases reported in available literature. The nature of its biological behavior seeks more attention of clinicians and researchers.
