In order to share a proposal that constitutes a motivating possibility of reflection towards change, in a society that clamors for a modern and above all reliable public administration, that turns its gaze towards the people both inside and outside the state apparatus, being aware that the current context of dissatisfaction is the reflection of a still bureaucratic and disjointed system, a figure very distant from the one that is intended to be achieved with the desired modernization of the state.
