There was nothing out of the ordinary with the stack of papers, except that they were neatly bound, exactly like a manuscript with a heavier bond white front and back cover. The front cover had a rectangular opening on the upper end of it. Peaking out of the hole was the following words, all in a large, bold Arial type font:
