The research seeks to establish what is the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on the purchasing behavior of consumers in the company Cineplanet Real Plaza - Piura in the year 2019. The study, due to its level of explanatory type, presents a non-experimental - transactional - correlational design. In order to respond to the problem posed, How does CSR influence the purchasing behavior of consumers at Cineplanet Real Plaza - Piura, 2019? an interview guide and a questionnaire were used as data collection instruments; the interview guide was applied to the sales manager, while the questionnaire was applied to a sample of 207 consumers at Cineplanet Real Plaza - Piura.Finally, it was concluded that CSR has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing behavior of consumers at Cineplanet Real Plaza - Piura, 2019.
