Parker New Era: Those pen-portraits by Major 0. W. Cour sey, on Who's Who in South Dakota, running in the Sioux Falls argus-leader, are attracting wide notice and very favor able comment. The pen-portraiture of former Senator Kittredge, Congressman Burke and Senator Crawford have already appeared. We will watch the argus-leader for further pen-portraits of the large galaxy of South Dakota's illustrious sons.
