O knihe
This paper focuses on the cross-border narratives and practices of inhabitants of the Foz do Iguaçu (Brazil) - Ciudad del Este (Paraguay) border, two cities historically marked by the transit of people and goods, members of the so-called Triple Border, the place where the international boundaries between Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina converge. This is a qualitative, descriptive research, which uses life history as a methodology to achieve its objective: to show mobility as a way of inhabiting this border. The work is framed within the sociocultural studies of the border, which, guided by a particular interest in border inhabitants, interactions, crossings and loans, prioritizes a vision from the inside, based on the view and conception of those who inhabit it, their experiences and stories.
