The fictional world of cultural hegemony as presented by Ben Okri is a world of millennial vision based on harmonious, interdependent, mutual interrelationship. Development of ideologies and cultures should be designed for national and international bridging as well as for the progress of the minority groups, women, subalterns, the oppressed, and the downtrodden, and the overall masses unto this last in particular.
