Reinstated FBI Agents Colonel Ron Lee and his partner, Tim Pond, find themselves assigned to the greatest mass-murder case in Grand Strand history. Although certain the Juarez Cartel is behind the murders, Agents Lee and Pond can find no sign of their presence other than the bodies they leave behind to cover their trail.
The cartel has returned to the Grand Strand to reclaim the two billion dollars stored away by their previous henchman.
