This book explains the CMOS logic for designing digital logic circuits and digital systems. The first chapter presents the CMOS inverter circuit and its static and dynamic characteristics. In addition, the examples of logic gates design using CMOS logic are given. In the second chapter, the combinational logic circuits design using CMOS logic (static design, dynamic design, Domino logic, NORA logic) and the issues raised in each design are explained. In third chapter, Bipolar gate design (Bi-CMOS logic) with its static and dynamic behavior is explained. In addition, delay analysis, power consumption and design considerations of Bi-CMOS logic circuits are explained.
