We are publishing them in book format under the title Diplôme sans science, un fléau social. The fundamental question that concerns us is the quality of education (instruction), a quality distorted by the rape of which education is a victim in the Democratic Republic of Congo, if we consider the nationals of our training structures (education), "everyone agrees on the decline in the general level of education", as Tumba states.
