O knihe

This document deals with the sanitation of domestic wastewater in a planned neighborhood where the collective system dates from the 1960s corresponding to the independence period. This sewerage system frequently suffers from dysfunctions that impact the evacuation of wastewater, hence the need to identify the explanatory factors. From the analysis of the data, we have retained that the malfunctioning of the domestic wastewater system depends first of all on a dilapidated sewerage system. It dates from a very long time and is more than fifty years old. This is why the breakage of the pipes is very frequent. In addition, the demographic growth also influences the evacuation of wastewater. But it is the social factors of dysfunction that are the primary causes of clogging by the behavior of the population, by the evacuation of domestic wastewater and the management of household waste among others. These are the difficulties found in the sanitized areas. What can we say now about un-sanitized areas where the autonomous system is developing more and more because of rapid urbanization?
