How to anticipate and manage conflicts in schools in Mali in a context of crisis? This study takes an analytical and critical look at the evolution of the school crisis and the social crisis in Mali between 1990 and 2008, and suggests ways of anticipating and managing conflicts in schools. As lessons learned, let us remember that: the school crisis which has been raging for more than 20 years in Mali, finds its source and the explanation of its permanence in the bad governance of the country, which forced the Malian State to disengage from three very sensitive social sectors: Education, Health and Hydraulics, open to the rules of the market; parents in general have been ineffective in managing conflicts, showing inorganization and indifference if not complicity; corporatism of pupils and students and teachers is a key element in reading the school crisis and this since 1968; in a context of widespread corruption, the school and university space has become the crucible of real networks of personal promotion, unscrupulous enrichment and above all means of blackmail. ..
