Fisheries sector play a very important role in the development of our country. India is an agrarian country where more than 70 per cent population is depending on agriculture. In India fish farmers are facing various types of problem due to lack of information and knowledge on various aspects. Government has initiated various programmes and policies for the development of fish farmers. Various ICTs tools play an important role to disseminate information, education and knowledge regarding fish feed, hatchery management, breeds etc among the fish farmers. Information dissemination is necessary for the development of fish farmers and doubling their income. This book is an edited volume having invited authors views, express empowerment of fish farmers.
