This book illustrates the impact of the European Higher Education aid on enhancing intercultural communication between the Palestinian and the higher education institutions. I have taken Erasmus program in Palestinian territories as my case study. Erasmus+ is considered one of the European Union programs that aim at ameliorating, renovating and innovating the Palestinian higher education institutions. I took some of Erasmus+ projects as a sample of my study and used the qualitative analysis approach to describe the impact of theses projects on the Palestinian higher education institutions. it has been found that the European aid through Erasmus+ program has played a tremendous and vivid role in elevating the Palestinian universities by adopting new methods and techniques from European universities. A strong relationship between Palestine and Europe has emerged. Lots of cross-cultural communication has occurred through Palestinian- European cooperation which strengthen the future relations between them.
