a. The main objectives of research work were to understand the relationship between the chemical structure of the repeating unit of the conducting polymer (Polyaniline) and its conducting properties. Similarly to understand the influence of the electrochemical process parameters viz. type of electrolyte, concentration ratio of monomer and electrolyte, applied current density, pH, temp, deposition time etc on the synthesis of PANI film and use of synthesized PANI for the development of biosensors. b. The optimization of process parameters for the synthesis of conducting polymers so that it can be used for entrapment of biocomponent. c.Diagnosis and monitoring of various diseases necessitate intensive efforts for routine examination of blood samples and other associated tests. These however require typical analytical techniques, need efficient hands to perform the job and time for collecting the desired samples for performing clinical tests. It encourages the interest of physicists who have much to contribute to the optimization of Biosensors
