The objective of this book is to study the feasibility of a project to set up a business in the agricultural sector in the Plateau de Bateke (a suburb of Kinshasa).This study endeavors to present a complete scientific approach to the feasibility of an investment project in the context of the creation of a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME), thus addressing aspects related to market research, organizational analysis, marketing analysis and production analysis. Then, financial and economic evaluation, including the problem of determining the cost of capital in the context of a country that does not have an organized financial market like the DRC. And finally, it addresses the ecological dimension of an investment project.
