At the present stage of development of economic relations, the state system is based on the principle of direct financing of medical and preventive institutions and guarantees free medical care, which is a public health care system, the economic basis of which is financing from the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund. The Compulsory Health Insurance Fund is formed from various sources of financing: funds from the state budget, contributions of enterprises, entrepreneurs and workers.
