Nurse Jasper Smith admits to knowing Byron in high school, when she takes the witness stand. In her mind, he avoided associating with her because she is a dark skin black female and he, another uppity "High Yellow Nigga!" but when a verbal altercation takes place between them during nightshift, a side of him is revealed that she never knew existed.
