O knihe
this work analyzes the different legal institutes, particularly the judicial decisions that are pronounced daily in the courts of justice and the means of challenge that are frequently filed by the litigants in civil proceedings in general and in the ordinary processes of knowledge in particular, based on the new Code of Civil Procedure, which like any human work is born to legal life with defects and virtues, which force the experts in law to an exhaustive review of its content to contribute with suggestions or proposals for modification to make the procedural rules much more efficient and effective; Therefore, this work also intends to modestly contribute to the improvement of the civil procedural rules by proposing the regulation of specific cases that allow the denial of ordinary and extraordinary appeals to the judges of first instance and the courts of second degree, in order to avoid the unnecessary granting of appeals that after a long time will be declared inadmissible or inadmissible by the courts of appeal and cassation with prejudice in the litigant world.
