The once booming town of Kohler, Michigan, is now struggling to adapt to the rapid changes engulfing their city. The major auto factory closed and shipped their jobs down south, and new agriculture laws have put a strangle hold on the town's once fertile farm industry. As the town's mayor, sheriff and other community leaders dig deeper, they learn of an unholy alliance between government and business that is perpetuating this sinister state of disorder.
