O knihe

The system of artisanal mining (EMA) in developing countries such as Cameroon, due to the rudimentary methods of exploitation used, has reached its limits. This technological deficiency makes this sector of activity a risk area, with dangerous diseases such as cancer, malaria, tuberculosis, typhoid, to name a few. A better system of exploitation of this sector of activity would pass by its valorization through adapted methods such as the wearing of individual safety equipment (EPI), the development of the sites of exploitation, the supply of the sites with drinking water and the supply of the sites with energy through simplified processes. In spite of its high cost, this development has the merit of being popularized because its impact on health and safety is considerably positive, both for the population in-situ and for the surrounding population and environment (soil, water, air, vegetation).
