In this book entitled HTA in caregivers, harms of self-management, benefits of psychotherapy, the author wants to awaken the attention of readers that HTA is a health problem for all. The fact of being a health practitioner, assigned in the different departments organized in hospitals, does not protect them from hypertension, but can be a factor promoting the development of the disease.
