Thought and thinking are cognitive processes used for judging, reasoning, concept formation, problem solving, deliberation, considering an idea, memory, imagination perception and unconscious mental processes. Consciousness is awareness of internal and external existence, the most mysterious aspect of our lives, synonymous with the mind one's inner life, the world of introspection, imagination and volition.
