All dishes are inspired from recipes cooked by my mom, aunts, sisters, & a special loving lady whom we all loved, respected & enjoyed, my mom's best friend "Mrs. Ora D. Sigers". These dishes were cooked by each of these lovely ladies as I was growing up in the dirty ole south in my hometown "Brantley, Alabama".
