Industries are one of the major consumers of energy for production and allied processes. Various technological interventions such as use of biomass and briquettes, combined heat and power, anaerobic digestion, use of renewable sources of energy, cleaner production etc. can be used for effective management of energy. However, without organisational contribution towards energy management its success will be questionable. Number of initiatives in technological interventions for energy management has been already proposed. In this book organisational measure for effective installation of corporate energy management system has been discussed.
