O knihe
No one is unaware of the importance and the place that International Criminal Law occupies in the national (of any State that claims to be a State of Law) and international arena, and the abundant literature in this regard. Therefore, any informed reader will ask the question: "What is the contribution of this book in International Criminal Law? "Certainly, it did not seem easy to answer these kinds of questions. The quest for originality in the pen of this genre is not an easy task. However, speaking about the admissibility or applicability of the D.I.P. in a particular and unique context such as that of the DRC, is the beginning of the said originality.Already, the doctrine itself is unable to agree on a singular aspect, that of the qualification of the crimes of genocide and aggression of a neighboring State in the East of the Congo. Moreover, ordinary justice is trying to react, without much effectiveness, and the much hoped-for transitional justice is slow in coming. Thus, the present work attempts to return, with a simplistic touch, to these questions and to propose some possible solutions.
