A body of enacted or customary rules recognized by a community. The term International law was coined in 1780 form the famous scholar Jeremy Bentham, he was belong from England. International law was imposed on human being, when human born and divided into groups, organizations. The International law was imposed on them to create the social relations. This law was started and implemented in India, China, Iran, Sparta, and ethane. They all created relations according principles and customary laws. In initially roman followed the Greece law but later they introduced own law. During the holy prophet of Muhammad (P.B.U.H) some treaties were signed, the one of them was "Suleh-e- Hudebia" in 632 AD, then the "last sermon of holy prophet" in this treaty brotherhood and equality was introduced. In present situation no any state remained or survived as isolate and created the relations, therefore some law are implements on the state, they created the better relations to security and safety. Modern International law is a historical artifact, a product of the revolutions in thought and practice that transformed the governances of European states after the French revolution.
