And, of course, the deep emotional connections that come with breastfeeding. I trained for years as a physician, only to discover that a person's health goes far beyond the physical aspect. It is a balance between what we think, what we feel, how we treat our body and how our body works. This is my purpose today: to contribute to healthy and meaningful lives, by means of viewing the person as a whole.
