Now a day, communication is a key success of any business or political issue all over the world. Public Relations is one of a sector in an organization that mediates between a certain organization and its customer, stakeholder, media as well as the entire public regarding the product and service they render. Job satisfaction is an important element in any organization. Attitudes and feelings affect the behavior of employees, which contribute to organizations' success or failure.
