Practical knowledge implies the full application of the methods and procedures through rich acquired knowledge of subject matter can be fruitfully applied in our daily life. I have completed MBA program that will help me more in my practical job field. I am assigned to prepare a research report on "Job Satisfaction of the Bank Employees: A Study on the NCC Bank Ltd." I have tried kind heartedly in preparing this report but there may contain a number of errors in spite of my painstaking efforts.
