O knihe
An increasing number of workplace conflicts are regularly reported as being among normal situations for every organization. An organization without conflict is probably apathetic while neglection of conflicts has a negative consequence. If understood, recognized, by a good leader, it can stimulate renewed and improved human relations. The purpose of this study was to investigate which kind of leadership styles are efficient in handling workplace conflicts. After researches, we discovered that some leadership styles are efficient in handling workplace conflicts while other styles enhance the vulnerability of an organization by fueling conflicts at workplace. Acknowledging the correlation between leadership traits and workplace conflict management contributes in indicating what leaders should be at work. This include valuable practical professional positive attitudes that develop positive attitudes among workers. In every organization, subordinates need to work with managers characterized by the sense of responsibility, neutrality, impartiality, emotional mastery, honesty, decisiveness, and empathy. A real introspection on Leadership may contribute in workplace positive change.
