The Rules and Regulations having been altered and amended from time to time, it was foimd desirable that they should be revised. The Chief Librarian and the Secretary prepared a draft set of Rules and Regulations, and after careful consideration by the Board the same were adopted, with certain amendments, and ordered to be printed.
