Faced with this situation, we decided to trace a panorama of the Ninth Art until we reached the Graphic Novel PAVOR ESPACIAR, by the cartoonist Gustavo Duarte, to describe the linguistic change and variation he seeks to represent through the so-called ¿caipira speech¿, which retains linguistic traits from the 18th and 19th centuries.
