About The Madness of Chief Inspector Mary Sweet Mary Sweet, a London Police Inspector, has been committed to a Psychiatric Ward in Jolly Old England. Following the murder of her husband, Hubert Sweet, Mary was promoted to her Husband's position as Chief Inspector of Great Britain. But she was forced to take leave when she thought the King of England was actually Queen Elizabeth II. When she was working at the Coronation for King Charles III, she thought she heard that the Crown Jewels were hers and not the rightful Queens. Trying to protect those Jewels, Mary tries to steal them. When all the alarms in The Tower of London go off, she thinks she's going to be beheaded by a Dead King. But instead she is arrested and sent to the London Asylum for the Insane where, to her relief, she fails the Mental Health Examination. Thrust into a large ward on the outskirts of London Town, she works with the other patients there and founds "The Mary Sweet Psychiatric Investigation Unit" (or PIU) and is quickly appointed to protect the New King and Queen by Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth II and her Royal Consort, Prince Philip. Following an escape from that Insane Asylum, Mary and her Teams are flown back to London on the Direct Order of the Royal Family and the British Prime Minister. The PIU Team Members escape from the Psychiatric Unit with the help of a talking Mouse, Detective McMouse, as well as Teams of talking Dogs and Cats, and Ghosts from English history. When Mary and her Teams expose a plot to take control of all of Great Britain, as well as the world, by Russian Spy and General Gusto Gatwick (a retired British General), Mary and her Teams are forced to fight on the streets of London to once again protect innocent bystanders and catch not only the General but other Spies that are working for him. When the General escapes, Mary - now plagued by her mother, Gertrude and the cook Simpsa - goes insane yet again. But when Gertrude and Simpsa are exposed as more Spies working for General Gatwick, Mary and Detective McMouse kill them both. Following the General to France, Mary and her Teams now must stop the General from killing not only French President Macron and his family but, because Macron has been made to believe that the British government has declared War on France, he has the French Government declare War first. The General, having escaped back to Moscow in Russia, works with President Vladimir Putin to confuse the situation even more with a 'Maskarova', the Russian work for 'Mask'. Ordering a pre-emptive nuclear missile strike on Great Britian, the United States and much of Europe, Chief Inspector Mary Sweet must now find the Nuclear Missile Bunker buried beneath the Kremlin and right near Red Square. As the Clocks tick down, Mary and her Teams of Humans, Animals and Ghosts work together to defeat the General, take him, his Spies and President Putin prisoner before the world goes Mad again.
