This time Amy is visiting her grandparents and gets the chance to learn more about Rubumps. Jerald (Amy's new Rubump friend) have a lot of adventures and share their inventions with the readers. Jerald is the sort of a scientist/invertor for his village but isn't allowed to live in the village. The adventures start just after he takes Amy into his realm and he needs to make her large again. Somehow things in his realm really get mixed up and it takes them a while to figure out why. Learning real magic takes time and sometimes it can get a little strange..
