O knihe
Praying is not assumed in Islam as something similar to other human's activities, but as it implied in Islamic teachings, divine creation of human aims to praying. Therefore, design of a praying site i.e. mosque, which verily the place for worship of God-believers before almighty God, becomes highly important. Two questions were raised in line with achieving a favorable design for these goals: 1. How can a mosque be converted into a site for reflection of cultural- religious values in the society? 2. How to convert mosques into a site where the youth attend with more inclination? The methodology of the current research is based on library studies and objective observations in which strategy of logical reasoning has been utilized. The resultant findings of this study show that placement of appropriate trading, cultural and educational uses beside the mosque and changing use of such spaces from single-purpose to a site for dialogue about various mystic- religious and other subjects not only can convert mosque into a site for reflection of cultural values of a society, but it can provide suitable platform for efficient presence of the youths.
