Currently credit card design has become a major selling point. SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Limited (SBICPSL) is a payment business in India. SBI card has 2.171 million cards. Therefore, through this study the researcher has tried to show that what is the customers' response to the credit card and whether he is satisfied with it? Banking sector marketing strategies revealed that banks can base their marketing strategies on various parameters, largely in terms of 7P of marketing i.e. product, place, price, promotion, people, physical evidence and processes.A marketing strategy is the firm's product-market choice that is guided by environmental requirements and the firm's objectives and capabilities. In previous years, it has been observed that plantation clouds and growth drops are two important phenomena. In the market situation, marketing to overcome this situation Strategy plays an important role to increase customer base for the banks.
